If the Delta 9 is sourced from hemp, then it’s legal. Yes, hemp sourced Delta 9 is completely LEGAL. How wonderful is that?

So, yes hemp derived Delta 9 gummies are absolutely legal everywhere that CBD is legal.

Where Is Delta 9 Gummies Legal At?

As stated, hemp sourced Delta 9 gummies are legal everywhere CBD is legally sold at. CBD is legal all throughout the US, it’s true. However, there are some states where it’s not legal at though. I hate to be the bearer of that bad news.

There are states that fully allow CBD and hemp sourced Delta 9 gummies to be sold. Then we have some states that have some restrictions in place, or that overall just won’t allow it to be sold. I’m here to help you figure out if you’re state is friendly to hemp derived Delta 9 gummies and CBD or not. This is something extremely important that you need to know.

Each of these states listed in this category have their own set or restrictions set in place on the sell of CBD and hemp sourced Delta 9. In some of these you won’t be able to buy gummies whatsoever. In some of these states you won’t be able to even get any hemp sourced Delta 9 anything.
